Information Provided by You
Registration Information. When you register for our Service, we may collect your name, email address, login details, mailing address, mobile phone number, credit card or other billing information, date of birth, geographic area, or preferences. For example, we collect your credit card details when you make a purchase on the Service to process your payment. We collect your login details to enable access to our developer portal.
Business Contact Information. We may receive professional contact details of employees and other individuals associated with our customers, partners, and vendors, such as first and last name, email address, phone number, title and department, and other information relevant to the particular business relationship.
Communication Information. If you contact us directly (e.g., via email, phone etc.) or fill out information on our website (e.g., to request a demo, to ask a question via our online contact form, to apply for a job on our career page etc.), we collect your name, email address, phone, company, postal address, the content, date and time of your message and any attachments thereto, and other information you may directly provide to us. If you post a public comment on our blog page, we ask you to provide your name and email address.
Support Services Information: When you request technical support services through our support portal, via email, via an IT helpdesk ticket or via our call center, we will process your contact information, such as name, email address and phone number
Information Provided through the Developers Portal: When you post a public comment on our portal, we will process the name of your profile, and the content, date and time of your message.
Information Collected via Automated Means
Our Site may use “cookies” (i.e., small text files containing a string of alphanumeric characters) or similar technologies (e.g., “clear gifs” or “web beacons.”) to personalize your online experience and improve our products and services.

Business Customers. We may receive Personal Information about other individuals from our business customers to process it on their behalf as we provide them with our products and services. Third Party Web Beacons and Third Party Buttons. We also implement third-party content or advertising on the Service that may use clear gifs or other forms of web beacons, which allow the third-party content provider (e.g., Instabot, Marketo, Salesforce) to read and write cookies to your browser in connection with your viewing of the third party content on the Service. Additionally, we implement third party buttons (such as Facebook “like” or “share” buttons) that may allow third parties to collect information about you through such third parties’ browser cookies, even when you do not interact with the button.
