Information Provided by You
Registration Information. Business Contact Information. If you contact us directly (e.g., via email, phone etc.) or fill out information on our website (e.g., to request a demo, to ask a question via our online contact form, to apply for a job on our career page etc.), we collect your name, email address, phone, company, postal address, the content, date and time of your message and any attachments thereto, and other information you may directly provide to us. If you post a public comment on our blog page, we ask you to provide your name and email address.
Support Services Information: When you request technical support services through our support portal, via email, via an IT helpdesk ticket or via our call center, we will process your contact information, such as name, email address and phone number
Information Provided through the Developers Portal: When you post a public comment on our portal, we will process the name of your profile, and the content, date and time of your message.
Information Collected via Automated Means
